When the fluid pressure reaches a predetermined value, the pressure relay is an electrical contact action component in the hydraulic system. Pressure regulating valve, abbreviated as pressure valve, is used to regulate and operate the oil pressure valve in the hydraulic system. According to its function and purpose, it can be divided into speed regulating valve, pressure regulating valve, sequence valve, pressure relay, etc. Their common feature is the balance of hydraulic pressure and spring force applied to the valve core. The stability of the pressure inside the stamping machine depends on the stability of these hydraulic valves. If hydraulic components are damaged or have problems, they must be repaired or replaced in a timely manner, because if some small problems are not properly solved, if not solved in a timely manner, it will bring greater harm. The speed control valve has two application ranges. One is to maintain stable pressure in the system or circuit. For example, in a quantitative pump throttling speed control system, it is used as an overflow constant pressure valve to maintain stable pump outlet pressure, while in equipment, it is used as a safety valve. When the equipment is operating normally, the speed control valve is in a closed state, but when the system pressure is greater than or equal to the regulating pressure, the speed control valve opens and overflows, providing overpressure protection for the system. In addition, speed control valves can also be used for backpressure valves, unloading valves, brake valves, balance valves, and speed limiting valves. According to different structures, speed control valves can be divided into two types: direct acting and pilot operated.

Adjustment method of pressure relay

When first used for safety protection, set the pressure relay at one end of the clamping hydraulic cylinder. When the hydraulic pump starts, first clamp the workpiece. At this point, the pressure in the right chamber of the clamping hydraulic cylinder increases. When the pressure relay rises to the set value, it moves and emits an electrical signal, energizing 2YA. Therefore, the cutting hydraulic cylinder is used for cutting. The normally open contact of the pressure relay toggle switch is always closed during production. If the workpiece is not clamped, pressure relay 2 breaks, 2YA is powered off, and the cutting hydraulic cylinder immediately stops entering the tool, reducing accidents caused by unclamped cutting of the workpiece.

In fact, when used to operate the sequential movement of the executing components, when the hydraulic pump is started, 2YA is first energized, and liquid enters the left chamber of the hydraulic cylinder to promote the piston to move to the right. When encountering a limiter (or deadshift iron), the system pressure increases, and the pressure relay sends an electrical signal, energizing 1YA. High pressure oil enters the left chamber of the hydraulic cylinder, promoting the piston to move to the right. At this point, if 3YA is also energized, the hydraulic cylinder piston will quickly move to the right; If 3YA is powered off, the hydraulic cylinder piston slowly moves to the right, and its slow motion speed is adjusted by the overflow valve.

When used again for hydraulic pump pressure relief, the pressure relay does not operate the hydraulic pump to stop rotating, but operates a two position two-way solenoid valve to return the output pressure oil of hydraulic pump 5 to the oil tank for pressure relief.

When hydraulic pumps are ultimately used for opening and closing, there are two types of hydraulic pumps: high-pressure small flow pumps, and low-pressure large flow pumps. When the piston rapidly decreases, both pumps simultaneously output pressure oil. When the hydraulic cylinder piston rod gradually charges the workpiece, the pressure relay transmits and acts under the influence of pressure oil, moves the dial switch, opens the normally closed point, and stops the hydraulic pump. During the machining process, reduce the speed and power consumption of the hydraulic cylinder.

Pressure relay is a hydraulic electrical conversion element that utilizes liquid pressure to open and close electrical contact points. When the system pressure reaches the adjustment value of the pressure relay, an electrical signal is sent out, causing electrical components (such as electromagnets, motors, time controllers, electromagnetic brakes, etc.) to move, causing the oil passage to relieve pressure, phase change, and the executing components to complete sequential operation, or closing the motor to stop the system operation, playing a safety protection role.
