Advantages of Hall voltage sensor




(1) Non-contact detection. The advantages of non-contact measurement are shown in the reconstruction of imported equipment and the technical transformation of old equipment; The electrical wiring of the original equipment can be measured without any change.




(2) The disadvantage of using a shunt is that it cannot be electrically isolated, and it also has insertion loss. The greater the current, the greater the loss and the larger the volume. It is also found that the shunt has inevitable inductance when detecting high frequency and large current, and it cannot truly transmit the measured current waveform, let alone the non-sinusoidal wave type. The current sensor completely eliminates all the disadvantages above the shunt, and the accuracy and output voltage value can be the same as that of the shunt, such as accuracy of 0.5 and 1.0, and output voltage of 50, 75 mV and 100 mV.




(3) It is very convenient to use. Take a LT100-C current sensor, connect a 100mA analog meter or digital multimeter in series between the M end and the zero end of the power supply, connect the working power supply, and cover the sensor on the wire circuit, so as to accurately display the 0~100A current value of the main circuit.




The function of the sensor is different, and the connection method is also different. When using the Hall voltage sensor, it is necessary to correctly connect the wire, otherwise it will definitely fail.

1. AC two-wire type: directly connected to the control circuit, one connected to the power supply and one connected to the load




2. AC multi-line: two power lines and two load lines, depending on whether they are normally open or normally closed, that is, two power lines and two control lines, and one long open and one long closed.




3. DC two-wire type: black connected to [or blue] negative red [or brown] connected to load




4. DC three-wire type: PNP and NPN type, black is connected to [or blue] negative pole, red [or brown] is connected to positive pole, color [or black] is connected to load, and there is a long open and a long closed PNP feedback positive pole, NPN feedback negative pole.
